What information might we seek? We would only ever seek the minimum information we need to do business.
How would information be used by us? For identifiable organizations or individuals:

To evaluate and improve business process and materiels.
How information is gathered. Information tied to any particular organization or individual is gathered on a strictly voluntary basis.
Anonymous information (such as how many visitors to a web-page, or how many requests for an informational e-mail), may be gathered automatically by software tools.
How long is information retained? Organization or individual information is retained only as long as we are doing business or reasonably seeking to do business with said organization or individual.
Anonymous information (page visit counts, number of e-mails requested, etc.), are retained only as long as they are useful.
Can you access your information? The company will not give out information on anyone, to anyone, but any properly identified organization or individual may send an update to their information or tell us to delete their information.
Regarding third party links. If we provide you a link or other third party contact information we are not responsible for any privacy matters between you and the third party.
